Stock Donation Instructions
Please see the below instructions for transferring stock to The La Jolla High School Foundation.
Once the stock donation has been initiated, email The Foundation at [email protected] with the following information:
- When an individual donates stock, it is initiated by the donor, from their current Financial Institution.
- The Donor’s Institution will require the following information to complete the stock gift:
- Share Quantity:
- CUSIP/SYMBOL:
- Security Description:
- Receiving Firm Name: LPL Financial
- DTC: 0075
- For Further Credit To:
FOUNDATION OF LA JOLLA HIGH
A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION - Receiving acct number: Email [email protected] for this number
- Relationship to owner: Donor to Charity
- Share Quantity:
Once the stock donation has been initiated, email The Foundation at [email protected] with the following information:
- Donor Name
- Foundation Initiative (Annual Giving Campaign, specific sports team, etc)
- Name by which you you would like to be acknowledged on Donor Board, if applicable
